What is custom fabrication? It describes our ability at JML Audio to create parts from scratch using the most appropriate, automotive grade raw materials like fiberglass, carbon fiber, various plastics, acrylics, steel and aluminum. We select the appropriate materials for strength, weight savings and environmental conditions. Whether a custom bracket assembly for a hidden radar detector sensor in a front bumper or an integrated dashboard panel for a tablet device where a factory radio once was, we have the skill to create solutions where no off-the-shelf solutions exist. Our goals with custom fabrication are to create installation details that replicate what the vehicle manufacturer might have done, along with an eye toward high reliability.
JML Audio has two highly outfitted fabrication rooms to facilitate specialized, custom parts required in our high-quality installation work. Whether it is MIG welding in our metal area, high-density composite subwoofer enclosure fabrication or creating water-proof marine board speaker mounting baffles, JML Audio has the tooling and skill to take concepts into reality. We utilize OSHA compliant chemical storage and comprehensive dust particulate collection to ensure safety and cleanliness of client vehicles. We welcome new clients to take a tour of our well-outfitted facility.
